1. Click Register With Us! or Member Login. Fill in your details, as prompted.
2. Click on View Groups / Add yourself to Groups.
- Click on the country you require.
- Click on the first letter of the Group you require.
- Scroll down and click on your Group. This will show who is in the Group already.
- Click on Join This Group. Put in any extra details you wish to add and click on Join Group.
3. When you return to the site again, DO NOT register again. Instead go to Member Login.
4. For Crusaders Holidays (archived)
(a) Click on View Holidays / Add yourself to Holidays. First select the country your holiday was in. Then select the type of holiday i.e. Normal (most of the sites are listed here), Specialist (i.e. if you attended the Football or Sailing holidays), Workparty or Family Holiday, or select All. Finally select the first letter of the Holiday i.e S for Studland or F for Football. Or... click SHOW ALL HOLIDAYS to list all the holidays.
(b) On the screen "Actual Holiday Events (with dates)" this will list all the events so far identified by other users for this location. If your holiday is already listed, click on View Details. If it is not already listed, you must create it so add in the dates of your holiday. If you are not sure of the exact dates, just pick "Any", along with the month and year. If someone else knows the exact dates, they can amend these later. Then specify the name the holiday is known by i.e. Studland 1 or Stoke Fleming A. Then specify whether it was a Boys, Girls or Mixed Holiday. If you want to write anything specifically about the holiday, you can do so here. Then click on Add New Event to this Holiday which will create the particular year you attended the holiday at this site.
(c) Click on View Details of the holiday you have just created or which exists already. If you want to amend the name of the holiday or the dates, you can do so here. Click on Record Attendance on this Holiday Event to if you wish to join this holiday. Then Click on Join Holiday.
5. For CRUSOE Expeditions - click on View CRUSOE Expeds / Add yourself to CRUSOE.
To locate an expedition, click on your Expedition location. This will then list all the expedition events (years) so far identified by Crusaders for this location. If your Expedition event is not yet listed, click the appropriate link to e-mail Crusaders, providing as many details as possible. Click on View Details to view details of that actual expedition event. Click on Record Attendance on this CRUSOE Expedition if you wish to record your attendance of this expedition event.
